Our rubber mats are tested in compliance with British Standard BS 7188, for durability of rubber tiles, EN 1177:2018, and ASTM F1292/F355, for Critical Fall Height (CFH). These standards define the impact attenuation performance of surface systems used in indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as similar recreational applications. In addition, SuperSafe has successfully completed relevant training programs to ensure high standards in product quality and installation practices.

The Triax 2000 is a portable free-fall impact tester used to measure the shock absorption performance of playground surfaces. Since the majority of playground injuries are caused by falls, surface performance plays a critical role in reducing injury severity.
